Motapa (obesity)

Sab se pahle wazan barhne ki waja janni chahea phir os ke mutabiq ilaj shoro karna chahea.
Un tamam gizai ajza se parhaiz kar na chahai Jinki taseer badi ho.
Motape ka sabab charbi hai to Muraggan (chicken) ghiza se mukammal parhaiz karna chahea.
Jab tak bhook na lage khana nahi khana chahea or jab thori bhook baqi rah jae khana khane se ruk lia jae.
Physician se mukammil check up karwa ke jism main kisi bhi cheez ki kami ya zyadti ka maloom kar ke is munasib ilaj karwana chahea.
Bohat zyada aram se parhaiz karna chahea.Aise mashagil ikhtyar kar na chahea jis se jism ki zyada se zyada kasrat ho sake.
